This review is for the staff (Kaityln) at Roeda. I was waiting for this beautiful full-size calendar to arrive, once it did, to my disappointment, it arrived damaged in transit. I contacted Roeda and informed them about the mishap and included images of the damaged product. I was so surprised that without hesitation, I was apologized to and informed that they were going to make it right and send out another of these calendars and were going to make sure the packing will be properly done. As promised, I received my beautiful full-size Perpetual Monthly Calendar so well protected and intact. I am so pleased with the kind of service I have received from the kind-hearted people at Roeda.
