The product itself is amazing. This gets 4 stars, however, because the company's logistics and communication could use some improvement. Rather than getting ahead of delays or other factors, you have to poke them a few times in order to get any kind of cogent answer, and when they finally DO respond, it's a bit of an overcorrection. I would give them one more chance re: buying direct, but if their exception proves to be the rule, there's other sauces out there.
