I've been using these for many years. Latest purchase was a replacement pair because I lost one. I've used them for road running, trail running, walking and just for around the yard when it's dark. They won't destroy your night vision and definitely let everyone know your coming! I get a lot of comments on how well people are able to see me from quite a distant. They help keep me safe. I highly recommend them.

Best Ever Shoe lights

I have just purchased my second set of lights. One of the first set was not holding its charge long enough— after almost 5 years of steady use. I rise very early to beat the sun for my morning runs. Living in South Florida means that once the sun comes up, the Temperature rises significantly. I am 79 years old and I train for the half marathon all year long. I use the run/walk method which serves very well. Consistent training with moderate rest times is the way I can keep in shape for my races. Long runs mean that my shoe lights get quite the workout, being on at times for hours. I guess one of the first set got tired.

These lights are just the ticket! They show contours on the sidewalks and roads very well. They stay on my shoes securely and are very easy to charge and use.
