I was disappointed with my experience. Communication was very poor, and it often took several days just to receive a reply to my emails. On top of that, the shipping was extremely slow I waited over a month before my order finally arrived. The product itself may be fine, but the lack of communication and the excessive delivery time made the overall experience frustrating. I hope the company improves its customer service and shipping process in the future.
