12 ct Small Canvas Drawstring Backpack / Cinch Packs - By Dozen

These are way too big. I need them half the size. How do I exchange them for a smaller size?

These bags are well made and look wonderful! The material is a tad thin but still very sturdy. The only reason I’m giving four stars is due to the smell. They smelled awful out of the packaging. I tried putting them in the dryer with dryer sheets but that didn’t cut it so I ended up having to wash all of the bags and dry them. This did the trick for the smell but now the bags were completely wrinkled. Had to get out the iron. It worked, just very tedious. I also had to iron my business logo onto the bag so did it all at once. After all that, I still think they are great bags and worth the money.
