I like the flavor. I open the capsule and mix it with my smoothies. It’s too early notice a difference.

It’s not bad

This supplement didn’t give me the results that I hoped for. I’ve taken 2 whole bottles and not a single person (family or friend) has made a comment on my skins texture, tone or appearance. I don’t think this product is all it promises to be
