MOFO: Male Optimization Formula

Clean Grass Fed Beef Organ blend

I’m going into my third month for this subscription. I get the nutrient dense nutrition of the ancestral foods without issues. I’m not noticing any drastic difference but feel confident about this in my daily intake. I believe this is a top brand for these bio available minerals.

Muscle

After the end of the second week I could tell it was getting more muscle mass. Now it's been two months I think and almost everytime I go to the gym (which is 2X/wk) at 67 years old I'm going up weights. One time a couple weeks back I had increased on 6 different machines. I'm VERY pleased as it's been difficult to increase strength at all in the past 20 years or so. I now lift at least as much weight—and usually more—than I did eight years ago when I first started working out at Planet Fitness. I like the confidence it brings!

Works great

My husband started to use this after I had heard about it from a podcast. Within a month of him being on it we were noticing a big change in his mind clarity again and he could tell a difference in the way he overall felt.
