Amazing product, amazing company, amazing value!

I normally love these bars. This batch was delivered with a clear thick goop on all of the bars. I emailed the company and got no response. Quite a lot of money to throw away and get no response. I thought it may have been due to improper refrigeration during shipping but the bites I got with it were fine.
