Great coat, shame about the customer service

The coat is very well made and very warm. The hood and fake fur are exceptionally good. For me, the coat is a little too bulky. I have tried emailing and messaging as I had wanted to exchange it but no one has responded. I am running out of time as I need it for a winter vacation. Very disappointed in the customer service.
