Short sleeved shirt

It’s a good fit except that the design should angle out a bit at the hips so that the shirt can be at its full length without rolling up. I like the design that helps keep the shoulders and back straight. This shirt in my opinion is designed to be worn for about 2-5 hours the duration of the workout/physical work. Wearing it any longer, if you slump over you’ll feel a strong tug at the armpits. So imo this shirt is not to be worn all day. I made this mistake where I wore it underneath my scrubs and then to my side gig where I do strenuous work later. This shirt will definitely help keep your posture in check and that’s a good thing when having to lift heavy items.(But for part of the rest of the day if you feel like slumping over and taking a nap this shirt is not designed for that). I got this shirt bc i have to handle a bunch of small items and move fast and it was causing chafing burn marks on the right side of my torso. This shirt has helped prevent this skin burn by fitting snugly. Yes, overall I recommend. I’m inclined to cut the sides a tiny bit to accommodate my hips. The shirt goes straight down not factoring in any hip width at all. I’m petite waist 30 and hips 42 and I got size M and bust 40. I’m athletic build.
