Absolutely amazing experience, got the shocks i wanted fast with amazing customer service

These shocks are very smooth on the road with less nose dive when braking. Very compliant on uneven road surface with many patches. I’m very upset that out of the Box I didn’t get 2” of lift but rather 1” to 1 1/4” only. I have not adjusted yet as I need to find spanning tool as Fox doesn’t supply with purchase. SHOCK SURPLUS gets 5 stars as item was unavailable and they called me when they came in and I quickly placed my order. Delivery was very fast. Excellent company. Thanks much SHOCK SURPLUS.

Great Investment

I chose these shocks for the adjustability. My Tacoma sees rocky trails and mild rock crawling, with the occasional higher speed trip through the sand. However it is still a daily driver and goes from only a couple hundred pounds to being fully loaded for trips. These shocks help to make the transition between all that a little more comfortable and helped soak a lot of the bumps on each terrain. Also setting the high speed compression pretty stuff allowed to run without a sway bar much safer. The truck doesn’t handle like a boat without it, which was a huge bonus. The quality of construction feels top notch and the install was really straightforward, except for clocking the reservoir. That hose is pretty stiff, and I had to have someone help me rotate the reservoir to help the hose fittings clear the tire. I would 100% recommend these to someone looking for a real upgrade to their truck.
