EXQUISITE TRIBUTE STANDING SPRAY

Disappointed in arrangement

Arrangement was not as shown in the picture on the internet. It was much less full and some of the flowers. We ordered the spray to be delivered the day of the viewing but it was delivered the day before, which would have been fine, however by the day of the viewing some of the flowers were already wilting. We’ve used Simply Flowers N’ Things in the past and were disappointed in the quality of the arrangement.

They looked even better that the picture on the website. It's full of beautifull flowers and am happy that they also send the message that I send on a cute letter note. Everyone loved the flowers.

I thought the spray included a white ribbon. When I was at the viewing tonight, there was one there but it was carded from someone other than “The Klerers”. There was another one with no ribbon with our name. Was there a mixup or did I actually order the wrong one. They were both lovely and I don’t expect anything-just wondering??
