Polyester Felt By Yard - High Density

I thought I was ordering felt that was 1/4 inch thick. The felt I received was thicker than that. Also, it was incredibly stiff and heavy. The color, white, is acceptable and one of the main reasons I ordered this particular product. The surface was rather dirty and marked up in places but I can still use it for the project I have in mind. Another big disappointment was that the three yards I ordered did not arrive in one piece. Only two yards arrived in the first shipment. The other yard arrived after I sent pics and had a friendly discussion with a store employee.
