QF120A - Siemens - 20 Amp GFCI Circuit Breaker

Two GFCI breakers

Received two Siemens 20 amp gfi single pole breakers in a timely fashion. However one breaker seems like it may be used. Neutral tail is rolled up opposite of new. Bare copper on it has screw marks. Also hot terminal screw is turned in partially unlike new breakers where screw is open fully. None of this is a big deal as long as the breaker works. Maybe there was something in the fine print that states breakers may be used. I’m a retired IBEW electrician of 36 years and 10 years before that working for a family electrician starting while still in high school and Vo-tech. Honestly must have installed over 100,000 breakers. These are for a project at my daughter’s house but won’t be able to be used for about a week or two after this.
