LED Driver C1-0402-D001 / L1-0402-D001

My electrician wasn’t able to get this transformer to work. He’s going to try again soon, using the recommendations Kobe suggested. Hopefully, that will work. If not, I hope I won’t have an issue returning it. I certainly had enough trouble getting it ordered in the first place.

Still no lights

Just received my replacement LED driver for my Kobe under cabinet range fan, and installed it. Nothing. At least I had dim lights with the original LED driver installed, but not with the replacement part, 0402-D001. There goes $69….

Received part in timely manner. After initial installation it wasn't working as expected but after a quick email discussion with the customer service team I realized my installation mistake. Lights are working again!
