Puzzle Frustrating my folks - success

I sent this direct to my folks, so didn't get to see it myself. Feedback is that the puzzle is incredibly hard to do. SUCCESS. Other feedback was that the resolution on the puzzle may not be as good as one would hope, which is making it more difficult, hence I've only given four stars. Either way, difficult puzzle - and my parents are now swearing revenge. Thanks.

This was a last minute gift for a far away friend. Everything about the online experience was tops from the initial selection and purchase to the prompt delivery, within a few days. Magnificent ! The clarity of form, the wonderful colours and composition of the picture. This is the first of your jig saws that we have done and, in my view, the manufacture is of the highest quality. We have been doing jig saw puzzles for many years covering many trade names and I believe that you have done a wonderful job. Upon completion of the puzzle I picked it up from the table and carried it across the room to show my wife. Not for a moment did I believe that it would collapse ! To add to that, it took me 50 minutes to take it apart piece by piece in order to preserve the integrity of each splendid piece !
