Bought this for my 10 year old daughter. It can be pulled tight enough for her small frame. It is a good reminder for her to focus on posture. We even use this outside of ballet class so that she can continue to improve her posture. We haven't used it consistently or long enough to break all of her bad habits but it has helped so far, even if it's just improved her focus on posture.

This is an amazing product for a dancer's posture. My daughter wears it to school during the day under her hoodie, and her posture maintains at night during dance due to the day long muscle training.
