Mint Chip Ice Cream Lip Balm

My mom has always loved blue bell mint chocolate chip ice cream and she says this is just like it. She's also amazed at how soft her lips have become in such a short amount of time. We purchased this with another flavor for her just to see which she'd like better. Out of all the flavors I read to her she was the most excited about this one.
