First let me start by saying the shoes are super cute and yes grounding sandals. I ordered a 1/2 size larger ordered size 9 I wear an 8 - 81/2) jic and they are still too small. My foot is barely not touching the ground. I will say that the customer service is wonderful. They did offer to send me a return label and exchange. But I was anxious to get grounding shoes and did not fee like the hassle so I just decided to keep them. Unfortunately this will probably be my last purchase with this company but if the size wasn’t terrible this would be my go to company.
