Your product arrives great in the winter months, yet completely thawed out in the summer months, which makes it untrustworthy for my kitties. This company does have a good product my cats love, I will have to find a different source for summer months.

I would not purchase again. It came thawed. The packaging it came in was leaking as well which was a bloody mess. I would not trust to feed to my animals.
