Outstanding artwork - Impressive packaging - Horrendous unknown delays

I placed my order January 21, 2024 and waited the advertised 6-8 weeks and still no order. I was extremely patient and contacted him in June and told it was on the work bench ready to ship. A month later I was forced to file a credit card dispute since the filing window to reverse charges was about to close. And ~July 15, 2024 (nearly SIX MONTHS total wait time) it arrived and I called my credit card to un-cancel and re-bill payment. The graphics are SUPERB and the packaging was extremely well done - impressive even. I am unsure if I will order again unless he fixes the appalling shipping delays and lack of customer communication updates. If you order, pay attention to your credit card's dispute window so if you do not receive your order, you will be able to cancel the payment. I wish him well and hope he is able to fix the issues. Szabo's is one of a few HIGH QUALITY options available to modify your arcade cabinets. If not for the horrible wait, etc. I would give him a 5-Star review.
