A beautiful and readable prayer book

I really like the physical size of this prayer book. It is just the right size to hold comfortably in the hand, which makes it feel like a book to be used rather than simply kept on a shelf. The cover and spine are beautiful, with gold lettering that gives the book a traditional and attractive appearance. The pages are also gilt-edged, which adds a lovely finishing touch when the book is closed. Overall, it is a very attractive book and, for me, its appearance actually encourages me to pick it up and use it. The layout is particularly pleasing. I like the balance of black and red text and illustrations, which gives the pages visual interest while keeping the prayers clear and easy to follow. The font is a good, readable size, and the cream-coloured pages are much more comfortable to read than bright white paper. Most importantly, the book is comprehensive, containing a wide range of Orthodox Christian prayers. It feels both practical and substantial, while remaining very accessible. I was notified as soon as the book became available again following its reprinting, which was particularly helpful as I had been waiting for it. It was then delivered to my address exactly as stated. The whole ordering and delivery experience was straightforward and reliable. For me, it combines beauty, readability and usefulness very well. It is a prayer book that I am genuinely encouraged to pick up and use.
