Impressive Design, Instructions/Guidance A Bit Scattered, Not All Accessories May Be Necessary

Love the tower, plants love it and seem like it will be low maintenance. My one quibble would be that there is too much information on how to set it up across too many documents, videos, web pages, etc. These should be reconfigured into one definitive "bible" or a digital equivalent. Everyone has a lot of different circumstances, from lateral and vertical space for the tower, sun exposure, space/light to germinate seedlings indoors, water access, whether to vermicompost or not, and all that entails, etc. I found the videos helpful, but they could really use an update and be condensed. There's the super long ones and the supershort timelapsed ones. And it feels like there could be something in the 10-min range that really covers all the ground. And much of the advice in the videos doesn't make it into the documentation, so unless you watch and read and assemble back to back, you lose key details. Assembling ring by ring is definitely the way to go, filling soil and watering as you go. The written docs call for building the tower and then filling with soil and then putting WAY TOO MUCH water in that just ends up filling the drawer and then it's too wet to use the drawer water. I also felt that in retrospect some of the accessories aren't necessary. It's not clear to me that you need a hose to water the tower as it's so water efficient (though it's early in the season). You might be able to get by with a watering can. So not sure you need the water flow gauge or the water breaker (which also doesn't work without some sort of wand, which is not included). But overall, this is a fantastic system that will just get better and better the more use it gets. Well done.
