Frustrated Plumber

We had our plumber change out the media for us and apparently, it was a blessing to us because it was such a pain to do. Love the whole house filter, but next time will just order a new tank. It cost about the same by the time we paid the plumbing bill.

I couldn't be happier with the customer service I received from Crystal Quest. Representative Elaine Marks was so helpful in identifying what media our system needed, providing helpful suggestions for changing it, and then walking us thru the re-programming when done. Kudos to this company. MB
