Great shoes. I like the new design as they are more sturdy in the footbed while maintaining flexibility. I also feel there is more ankle/foot support compared to the previous iteration. These have gotten especially stinky quick (maybe its just my feet) so have that microbial cleaner ready. These fit in my 4.0 rockstar and zen and are my everything shoe.

Yes that is with a plural s. Not because there two shoes in a pair. It because I own multiple pairs! I fell in love with them years ago. I now own three pairs. One for warm weather, one for when I'm wearing a dry suit with regular socks. Another when I'm wearing a dry suit with wool socks. Each pair is a different size which gives me an better comfort level. I also have purchased Astrals for my wife and kids. Fast drying and excellent wet traction have me sold. We are Whitewater enthusiasts, and they last and last!

Early B-day present

I was looking for a solid shoe for rafting and these did not disappoint. Seem a bit tight but I’m sure they will stretch and break in with use.
