Good product bad customer service

Ordered my product , didn’t get a shipping confirmation for a couple days. No biggie , they responded to my email in a day or so. Got canceled , and I emailed these guys atleast 5 times on 5 different days. No customer service present , finally a week or two later it shipped. Customer service needs work.
