Ok dress Nice fabric shoulders too thight

Really like the fabric and style. I paid at a pretty High Price ( considering the Exchange rate as im from Canada plus the shipping fees ) and it is not fitting that nicely. The dress shoulders are way too thight and i thought they would have been more stretchy like the rest of the dress. Return ls not the best option as i expected postage to be paid but since im from Canada Its not so i would end Up losing money by returning it .

Flattering dress

Love this dress. I will be wearing for my maternity photos and cannot wait. I don’t wear many dresses off the shoulder and I find this dress extremely flattering all around
