Not thrilled with customer service.

I need to return 2 items that I ordered. I sent an e-mail and had a brief exchange to answer a question from the representative about the reason for my return and have not heard from anyone since.

I’ve been using this for over a year first on my face, neck and chest; now just on my neck and chest as I’ve switched to a tinted sunscreen for my face. Very lightweight and not greasy - I’m picky because my skin is on the oily side.
