Delta Sigma Theta DST Diva Personalized Floppy Hat

I ordered the hat for my wife, its a beautiful hat and any Delta would love it! The unfortunate thing is i didnt know it would automatically be monogrammed based on the ordered name so it came in my name and it cant be used! Where the company is lacking is customer service response time. Ive reached out to them weeks agi and still havent heard from them!
