I ordered your products through the freck website and you guys sent them through Amazon or delivered it by putting it in the Amazon lockers in my complex but I didn’t have a code to get into the Amazon lockers in my apartment complex to pick them up since those are locked and only open with a series of numbers and it was never sent to me
