Very soft gloves

I have not worn my new gloves in the cold weather as of yet, so I can't speak of how warm they are, but they are so soft and the inside feels smooth and does not pull out when removing the gloves. My hand measured four inches across my palm and seven inches from the top of my middle finger to the bottom of my hand. I bought a L (8), but my fingers would not fully enter the glove's fingers, so I consulted the AI on the site and exchanged the L for a XL (8. 5) and they fit perfectly. The AI told me that I could change the color from brown to black but it lied, you cannot change the color unless you do a return and re-order. I am happy that I kept the brown, because they are very pretty. The one thing that I am not happy about is there is no phone number to call this company. I would have liked to speak to someone about the sizing and color before the exchange but no phone numbers to be found. People who are open and honest about their store and products freely give their phone number to customers who have questions especially when you are spending a hundred dollars for one item. Not having a phone number for customers who have questions is just wrong.
