Doesn't look like the picture

I put it on twice and can't make it look like the picture. It has too much volume and no matter what I do, IT looks like a wig + it is way too shiny. Not pleased with it at all.

I just ordered from The Wig Outlet for the first time. I ordered 2 of the Billie. For years I ordered from one place where I paid full price. So I’m happy to find the Wig Outlet where I have a big savings. One of them had a problem with the crown, it was very flat, so I’m returning one. But I will order again in the future 🍃

Billie wig in brown with gold highlights Been wearing this for many years. I’m beginning to need more gray. . Hope for this wig to be made with gray & Brown20%. I bought this with what I thought was 80-20 but the 20 was black it didn’t look natural on me. Thmks,
