Great Belt

This is the first belt I have used. The double Velcro and slider allow you to easily get a tight secure fit. It has definitely improved my confidence and allows me to get the abdominal pressure I need for heavier lifts which I was finding hard to do without the belt. My repping weight for deadlift and squats has increased significantly. Looking forward to testing my 1 rep maxes next week!
