Unwillingness for Resolution

Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with this company. We had clearly discussed and approved 2 separate banners. Instead, the final print job was completed as 2 double-sided banners with both designs on each banner. This was never properly discussed or approved by us. The biggest issue was not just the printing mistake, but the handling afterwards. Despite acknowledging there was miscommunication, the company was unwilling to properly amend or replace the incorrect print job. A greater discount for the next job was offered, but that doesn't fix our current problem. Decisions were made on their end without confirmed approval, and rather than following up for clarification, assumptions were made based on delivery timing. We provided screenshots, approvals, and context showing our expectation for two separate banners, yet the responsibility was shifted back onto us rather than working toward a reasonable resolution. Mistakes happen in printing and design, but good customer service is shown in how those mistakes are handled. Unfortunately, in this case, the communication, accountability, and willingness to resolve the issue fell well short of expectations.
