Nice for the price

The Cross itself is very nice. It is robust and well constructured with smooth lines, no sharp edges, and a high polish finish. The link that attaches it to the chain is a simple clam shell type clamp that is bent closed and doesn't appear to be soldered. The chain itself is very nice and light weight, though the two circle rings that attach it to the clasp are very light weight, and this is the weak link (no pun intended) in the item. These could easily pull apart, and I have considered replacing them myself though I have not done it yet. The chain is long enough to take on and off over your head without using the clasp, and I have a fairly large head. Overall, I am very satisfied with it, especially for the price. The Cross itself is worthy of a more expensive chain, and I will consider buying a heavier duty silver chain and a more robust attachment to attach the Cross to the chain.
