Pandan Desiccated Coconut Loaf Cakes
I followed the timing and temperature exactly but the cake was dry. We tried to serve it with ice cream but our families and friends still feel that it was dry. Usually for big cakes we bake for 40 minutes but this is a small loaf of cake, was wondering if can adjust the recipe by baking for a shorter time or reducing the temperature to 160dC, im not sure 😅 but if you have an improvised recipe, i hope you can share with us who bought the baking kit for this recipe so that we can work together to make the cake more moist.
