I can’t say I’ve used the products as they were purchased as gifts. What I can say is that the team at Moon went out of their way to help with the order and were so kind and thoughtful. The quality of the product looks good and the personalised names are not transfers but etched into the coating. This makes it much longer lasting. Having ordered similar products through work I know the quality that Moon offers is vastly superior to those found at a cheaper price. The team at Moon go to the moon and back to provide a quality service. Will be ordering from them again not just for gifts but for myself too!! Thank you Moon team!
