Daube from heaven!

So delicious, - despite being keen cooks, this will be our go to dish for friends and family (they deserve it!). For our twosome supper, we cooked the Daube in a lidded casserole @ 150c for 15-20 mins, served with crushed potatoes to soak up the jus and steamed leeks - wonderful! As a non-meat eater, I can say it's enough to convert you!!!
