I was introduced to these at Costco many years ago and have been a regular customer ever since. They not only saved my feet, but also saved me lots of money over the years. I use them in my street sneakers, for running, and also for my high intensity step aerobics class. I have extra wide feet with bunions, hammer toes, and planter fasciitis. I no longer suffer from foot pain. Without these inserts I would not be able to be as active on my feet. They are far superior to the ones available in most variety stores holding up for a long time, and much less costly than medically prescribed inserts. They work best with athletic footwear with removable inserts.

Best orthotic inserts I’ve found so far

These might look similar to cheaper versions but having used them, I can attest that they are superior. My husband took some convincing that he needed to try them instead of his usual - he’s now also convinced these Orthera inserts provide more support and relief than others.

My feet don't hurt anymore

The Active insoles are so comfortable and I don't have foot pain anymore. Excellent product
