The Wool Heavy weight long John is Wonderful, as our temperatures here in Alberta have been reaching -25 degrees C. already!

What I was extremely impressed with was the quality of your customer service! I accidentally ordered the wrong size on line, and you gave me the directions that I should follow to return them via Canada Post, and I wasn't charged for returning the product! Then you sent me the size that I should have ordered in the first place. Impressive, to say the least!
