Great Lumbar Support without feeling too harsh

I truly love it! Since I spend long hours sitting and working every day, finding a chair with good back support was very important for me. The lumbar support feels really comfortable - supportive but not too harsh or aggressive. I don’t have a lot of experience with ergonomic chairs, but this one immediately felt great to sit in. It was also easy to set up, which I appreciated. I also love the color and the overall design. Highly recommend!

I love the chair’s comfort and design, but I’m very disappointed by the constant metallic/canny noise when rolling it. For a chair at this price point, I expected much better quality and a quieter experience. The noise is persistent and disruptive during normal use, and it’s frustrating to hear that this is considered normal as per confirmed by customer service.
