My dad has a skin condition that causes his legs to weep. A lot actually. I got tired of cutting disposable diapers up to use the absorbent pad against his skin under compression bandages. So we ordered this Zorb 4D fabric twice. The first order we cut into large panels and that worked except it was hard to drape and shape without wrinkles. Second order we cut into long strips. Oddly enough this material frays if cut on the crosswise grain, not the lengthwise grain. So now we have several pairs of 3 yard long strips to wrap each leg with. After use we wash them in a mesh laundry bag and dry in the dryer. The waterproof later keeps the fluid from soaking though to the bandages. The wicking action keeps the fluid from sitting on his skin and making the whole thing worse - with a barrier cream. Finally getting ahead of it now. Thank you Wazoodle Fabrics!!!
