The owner went back-and-forth with me through email as I told them it took four days to get to me and they told me to reach out to UPS for a refund. When I received my product, it was not cold when I scooped it out the seamoss and I put it in my coffee it did not melt into the coffee, it stays whole. I tried to bite into it, but it did not taste well, but I ordered the, non flavored one. The owner/employee says that I was misleading in wanting to leave a review. I am stating the facts. I think itās very unprofessional for the owner or whoever was behind the email to tell me that Iām misleading, very unprofessional.
At the end, the owner said that they refunded me my $22. they told me to reach out to UPS to get my $10 refund. I should not have not had to go through all that as I am a first time customer and now I am a last time customer. Disappointed.
