I had a wonderful experience working with Kostas on my purchase. This was my first time purchase a European designed shoe and was apprehensive at first without being able to try the shoes on. I initially ordered the wrong size but after getting my true brannock device measurements along sizing with other brands, Kostas guided me to the right size.
