I was disappointed to receive the bamboo needles as didn’t take enough notice to realise I was ordering bamboo instead of metal needles which I had previously purchased. A lesson in checking things before buying. The knitting doesn’t seem to slide as well on bamboo needles and I am concerned they will break easily.

I absolutely love my ChiaoGoo set. Super smooth and easy to knit with. My knitting never gets caught on the joins and so far I don't find that they get loose at all. I'm looking forward to purchasing that large set to go along with it 💚

Not 4" needles

The needles feel good to work with and the cables are good quality. The case is functional but it's not particularly nice. There are two issues customers should be aware of. The needles in this set are are not 4" (10cm) long. The bamboo component is about 3 1/8" (7cm) and the steel casing adds another 1/2" (1.4cm). The product should more accurately read 3". Also, the cables included in the set are 20cm, 35cm and 55cm. The cable length info in the listing is a little misleading, and appears to add the lengths of the needles themselves.
