Delightful, attractive birdhouse and excellent customer service!

The customer service was quick and satisfactory when a USPS shipping problem occurred. The USPS damaged the packaging, resulting in damage to a second birdhouse included in the order. The Birdhouse Chick promptly attended to the problem and shipped a replacement.
