Tall Heated Bird Bath- Cedar or Poly

The birds enjoy fresh water in the winter! The squirrels do too! Having this heated bird bath is an excellent choice.

For the BirdHouseChick, 10/10 service. I'm overall happy with this bird bath. It keeps the water melted during winter, and is shallow enough for smaller birds to feel right at home. Robins gave their peayer circle of approval on many a cold day. As a bonus, it also looks great. I took one star off for the way the cable's routed. I change the water every 1-2 days, and dumping old water is difficult when extension cords stiffen up during winter. The bath can come unplugged, and the plug is about 1/3 the way down the post, so reconnection isn't easy. That said, it does seem to protect the plug from the elements and keep it out of the way (aesthetics), so it's not a deal breaker. I'll probably just leave it unplugged once it warms up.

Just the perfect bird bath I was looking for. Wanted a wooden one and definitely a plus with the water heater for winter. Very satisfied with this purchase!
