I had wanted a more professional carving knife and fork for years. The quality is very nice and it was a pleasure to use, easily carving our Easter Ham. So much better than the hodgepodge of knives and forks that I used previously. The presentation box is nice that it keeps the knife/fork protected and in one spot. This set would be a great present for a wedding shower, a wedding present, a housewarming gift or a "just because gift". Very pleased with my purchase.
