Where do I start? Huntley street beans has been such a positive impact to my mornings. I first purchased a kilo when I visited the roastery, whilst on holidays to Sydney From Brisbane, and the aroma is what got me. I couldn't wait to bring it home and get a cup brewed on my Rancilio Silvia Pro X. I opened the bag and I knew instantly that I had to make this part of my routine. I've made flat whites, iced milk coffees, iced long blacks, and every cup is smooth and well rounded. I love the chocolatey notes that aren't overpowering but subtle as you progress through the cup, Its an absolute win! I've had many different beans from all over Brisbane's finest roasteries, this one takes the cake. The roast profile so well balanced that it goes well with about any type of extraction method. This is my first coffee subscription, I'm glad I waited this long to find the perfect coffee beans.
