I love the product itself, but the company should consider using a more reliable courier. They currently ship with Canada Post, and despite being located in Guysborough County—just two hours away from me—my order was never even picked up from their facility. I placed my order well in advance for an event, yet after four days with no progress, I had to request a refund, as it would not arrive in time. On a positive note, they processed my refund promptly. However, I was left with a coffee that did not compare to theirs. Given the high quality of their product, I strongly recommend they explore alternative shipping options to ensure a better customer experience.
